Write to inquiries@datacenterstrategies.com for consulting, or info@datacenterstrategies.com for general questions, and tell us what you need.
In a services inquiry, please include: your name, organization and role, project stage (design / construction / L1–L4 / L5–IST / at signing / first year of operations / warranty review), cooling type (air-cooled / direct-to-chip liquid / immersion / mixed / not sure), approximate size (MW / IT load range only, exact figures need not be shared if confidential), energization / turnover date (approximate is fine), and what you are trying to solve, the single biggest worry, in your own words.
What happens after you email
- We confirm receipt within 24 hours; a full reply follows once we have read your note.
- You will receive a reply stating the position plainly, and, if appropriate, proposing a short conversation, not a pitch. There is no obligation.
- If the inquiry is about the book or the guides, you will receive a direct answer or a link to the relevant page.
What to include instead
Do not include site names, addresses, floor plans, single-line diagrams, alarm set-points, security procedures, passwords, or any other proprietary or site-identifying information. If a document review is needed, that will be arranged separately under an appropriate confidentiality arrangement, it is not done by email.
